About Christine


Christine has been a personal trainer for the past 5 years and specializes in strength training for athletes, beginners and weight loss.  From a young age Christine has always been involved with activities from cheerleading to dance and gymnastics. After college, Christine joined her first gym where she started working with a personal trainer who taught her how to effectively strength train and helped build her love for the gym. Since then she has participated in several half marathons, 5k/10k races, the Boston Marathon and triathlons, in 2013 she competed in the Diva Fitness division with the WBFF. She loves helping her clients find a passion in working out, and discover what drives them. Fitness is not just about looking good but feeling confident and proud of what your body can do rather than what it looks like.
